The success of any team is determined best by the strength of the group and not by the strength of any one individual. The ballher Department of Defense Tee urges all players to step up their games in order to become a part of one effective defensive unit. The goal of the program is for coaches to chart individual player progress in practice drills by keeping track of key defensive statistics (rebounds, blocks, steals, deflections, etc.). One by one, as players reach their individual points goal, coaches are instructed to reward their players with the shirt that acknowledges their accomplishment as the newest member of the team’s official “D-Unit.” To place your team’s order or for more information, email us at info@ballher.com.
